Our Contemporary Dance series offers shorter ballets with contemporary movement and this season Rapunzel is the highlight. Rapunzel is a beautiful girl with long golden hair who is locked up in a tower by a witch. She escapes the tower and lives happily ever after with her prince. Other new works by artists of the Antelope Valley Ballet round out the fairytale-inspired production.
