JUNE 2010 BLVD Transformation Project reaches Lancaster Performing Arts Center The BLVD Transformation Project, a substantial effort by the City of Lancaster to revitalize Lancaster Boulevard and the surrounding downtown area, has now reached the Lancaster Performing Arts Center (LPAC). As a result, the sidewalks leading up to the LPAC exterior Box Office windows will be intermittently closed throughout the summer months. As a part of Phase II of this Project, Lancaster Boulevard, from Date Avenue to Fig Avenue, will also be closed.
